Tema acestui proiect va fi dansul și muzica tradițională. Pe parcursul acestuia, participanții vor avea parte de o experiență interesantă alături de alți tineri și vor avea posibilitatea de a descoperi culturi si tradiții noi din spațiul european.
Pe lângă tema centrală a proiectului, participanții vor vizita împrejurimile orașului, vor lua parte la jocuri și activități în echipe internaționale. Alte ţări participante sunt: Italia, Cehia, Germania şi Spania.

== Participanți ==
Echipa din partea Fundației Ceata trebuie să fie formată din 6 persoane:
* 5 tineri cu vârste cuprinse între 18 și 25 de ani
* un conducător al echipei(pentru acesta nu este limită de vârstă).
În cazul în care numărul persoanelor înscrise depășește numărul locurilor disponibile (șase), participanții vor fi selectați în funcție de contribuțiile în Fundația Ceata.

== Costuri ==
Pe parcursul proiectului, participanții vor beneficia de gratuitate pentru cazare, mâncare și toate activitățile ce se vor desfășura. Transportul va fi asigurat în proporție de 70% de organizatori, participanții fiind nevoiți să achite 30% din valoarea acestuia.

Participanții își vor asigura transportul până la destinație, urmând ca pe parcursul proiectului organizatorii să deconteze cei 70% din costurile de transport.

DANCING WITH TRADITIONS is an International Youth Exchange (Action 1.1 - Youth in Action
Programme) that will involve 30 young people for some days in Castro (Lecce),
Italy from 14/09/2013 to 21/09/2013.The participants, aged 18-25, come from five different countries: Italy,
Germany, Czech Republic, Romania and Spain.
During the project participants will experience a multicultural Europe through the non-formal education
approach. The project will give them the opportunity to discuss about their cultures, through music and
traditional dances of all the partner groups. There will have team games, workshops and discussion
about the unique cultures that are included under Europe. The intercultural Exchange will be
encouraged through groups dynamics such as creativity games, outdoor activities, as well as through
work in international teams, for instance in the creation of a choreography for a play that they will
present to the local public.
The projects aim is to make young people think about future of Europe, how to improve our life,
environment, politics and some more questions which will be touched in discussions during workshops.
Beginning, mid and final evaluation, comments, looking forward and future networking, trying to go
deeply into the understanding of cultural diversity, will help participants to explore their role as Active
European Citizen in promoting tolerance, respect and mutual understanding within Europe.

We need 6 people: 5 people, boys and girls, aged between 18-25 years + 1 group leader (there is no age
limit for the group leader).

Germany, Czech Republic, Romania and Spain.
During the project participants will experience a multicultural Europe through the non-formal education
approach. The project will give them the opportunity to discuss about their cultures, through music and
traditional dances of all the partner groups. There will have team games, workshops and discussion

encouraged through groups dynamics such as creativity games, outdoor activities, as well as through
work in international teams, for instance in the creation of a choreography for a play that they will

environment, politics and some more questions which will be touched in discussions during workshops.
Beginning, mid and final evaluation, comments, looking forward and future networking, trying to go

Tema acestui proiect va fi dansul si muzica traditionala. Pe parcursul acestuia, participanti vor avea parte de o experienta interesanta alaturi de alti tineri si vor avea posibilitatea de a descoperi culturi si traditii noi din spatiul european.
Pe langa tema centrala a proiectului, participanti vor vizita imprejurimile orasului, vor lua parte la jocuri si activitati in echipe internationale. Alte ţări participante sunt: Italia, Cehia, Germania şi Spania.

Echipa din partea Fundatiei Ceata trebuie sa fie formata din 6 persoane:
* 5 tineri cu varste cuprinse intre 18 si 25 ani
* un conducator al echipei(pentru acesta nu este limita de varsta).
In cazul in care numărul persoanelor înscrise depășește numărul locurilor disponibile (șase), participanții vor fi selectați în funcție de contribuțiile în Fundatia Ceata.

== Costuri ==
Pe parcursul proiectului, participantii vor beneficia de gratuitate pentru cazare, mancare si toate activitatile ce se vor desfasura. Transportul va fi asigurat in proportie de 70% de organizatori, participantii fiind nevoiti sa achite 30% din valoarea acestuia.

Participanti isi vor asigura transportul pana la destinatie, urmand ca pe parcursul proiectului organizatorii sa le deconteze cei 70% din costurile de transport.

DANCING WITH TRADITIONS is an International Youth Exchange (Action 1.1 - Youth in Action
Programme) that will involve 30 young people for some days in Castro (Lecce),
Italy from 14/09/2013 to 21/09/2013.The participants, aged 18-25, come from five different countries: Italy,
Germany, Czech Republic, Romania and Spain.
During the project participants will experience a multicultural Europe through the non-formal education
approach. The project will give them the opportunity to discuss about their cultures, through music and
traditional dances of all the partner groups. There will have team games, workshops and discussion
about the unique cultures that are included under Europe. The intercultural Exchange will be
encouraged through groups dynamics such as creativity games, outdoor activities, as well as through
work in international teams, for instance in the creation of a choreography for a play that they will
present to the local public.
The projects aim is to make young people think about future of Europe, how to improve our life,
environment, politics and some more questions which will be touched in discussions during workshops.
Beginning, mid and final evaluation, comments, looking forward and future networking, trying to go
deeply into the understanding of cultural diversity, will help participants to explore their role as Active
European Citizen in promoting tolerance, respect and mutual understanding within Europe.

We need 6 people: 5 people, boys and girls, aged between 18-25 years + 1 group leader (there is no age
limit for the group leader).
